A current transformer has to have the same ratio as the meter that it drives. Full scale deflection on the meter is 5 amps which equals the maximum allowed current on the phase that it is reading. A different ratio on the CT to meter would show an erroneous reading on the meter depending on the ratio of the connected CT. To keep costs down the meter is common to all three phases and is read by connecting the meter to the phase CT through a three position switch.
The switching of the circuitry is done internally for the different voltages. This is done when you move the switch on the front of the meter from AC to DC.
Hydraulic hose cost per meter depends on the gauge of hose desired, but as an example, 5/16" hydraulic hose can be obtained for approximately 3.48 British Pounds Sterling per meter. 1.3/16" hydraulic hose can be obtained for approximately 11.43 BSP per meter.

There are many possible reasons. Some are: They could be in different fluids. The fluids could be flowing in different directions. The depths of the fluids (and slope of the beds) could be different.
