Absolutely NOT! Exercise is very important all throughout pregnancy.
No, exercise is good and important throughout the pregnancy.

Yes, exercise is healthy all the way through the pregnancy.
yes it is recommended you do exercise through pregnancy but it needs to become more low impact the further along you get - swimming is an excellent form of exercise. Warning though, do not start strenuously exercising if you did not do that form of exercise before pregnancy. Pregnancy is not the time to start a exercise program but if you do feel you would like to start exercising now start with gentle walking for the first trimester - and absolutely no core workouts like sit ups. Please talk with your doctor though to make sure before starting any exercise program.
First of all can you point to any REAL positive effects?
I dont know if you would call them side effects exactly but yes they are annoying symptoms of pregnancy.
This happened to me when I got pregnant with my third child. The first test was negative and the second positive. From what I understand, a pregnancy test can give a false negative but rarely gives a false positive.
Pregnancy has no bad effects on health although you may feel tired and nauseous. This does not mean you are ill, just that you have lots of circulating hormones and your body is adjusting to them.
In the first few months of use, birth control pills can cause nausea and breast tenderness, like pregnancy. These side effects go away with time.
Probably not - the first sire's DNA would be long gone from the uterus before the second pregnancy was started.
