Rabbits that are carried and handled carefully but firmly (not too firm) by a familiar person may like being picked up. Please try not to give rabbits to children to pick up in case they are dropped. Don't be discouraged if a rabbit runs away from you if you try to pick it up, It just means that it doesn't want to be picked up at that moment in time. If you mean do rabbits like to be carried in a carry case, some rabbits will enjoy this (one of my rabbits does and will hop in and out of the carry case willingly!) but others won't and might be frightened (my other rabbit). I hope this helps. If you want to pick up a rabbit and are unsure how to always support it's bottom and you can either put your other hand and support it by the scruff of it's neck or just under the front legs near the shoulder. Or ask a vet or look it up on the Internet. NEVER PICK A RABBIT UP BY IT'S EARS. Correct ways of picking up rabbits will not hurt the rabbit, but grabbing the ears will!!
