They can tell that benzodiazepine were in your system through hair follicle tests for up to 90 days, however they will not be able to figure out what subcategory you took. It will come back as (Failed for benzodiazepine) Ativan, Xanax, Valium....They will all fail a drug test for benzodiazepines.

Valium stays in your system for a month, but most opiates are gone in a matter of hours or days, so if you're really determined, take a vicodin or whatever you can get the day of or the day before the test.
