The thing to do would be to make sure the person can breath (lay him/her over on his/her side) and just make sure the person doesn't injure him/herself by falling and biting him/herself is common in seizures, it hurts like hell though.... ...and you should make sure people "watching" knows it's nothing serious and that it's normal and tell them about epilepsy :-) I don't know if Stesolid works with tonic clonic seizures, however it should, so give him/her one if it lasts more than 3 minutes ;-)
