Male to Female transsexuals cannot give birth, however they can have sperm frozen (just like any other biological male) and have children (with a biological female) via insemination or IVF treatment.

Female to Male transsexuals can (and do) get pregnant and give birth, as long as they haven't had any genital transgender surgery, and they reverse some of their hormonally induced changes - that means stopping Testosterone and taking female hormones to naturalise their body to that of a naturally fertile female.
