Female to Male transsexuals can (and do) get pregnant and give birth, as long as they haven't had any genital transgender surgery, and they reverse some of their hormonally induced changes - that means stopping Testosterone and taking female hormones to naturalise their body to that of a naturally fertile female.

Transsexuals can be male OR female.
It is a condition where there is a brain body mismatch. Where your physical sex does not match up with your mental/spiritual gender. It has been shown through brain scans the Male to Female Transsexuals have the brains of a woman, and we cannot change that. Instead we adjust the body to the best woman's body we can give them. In the case of Female to Male Transsexuals the reverse is true.
