Of course it can not. Some of the best sushi is made out of salmon. Eating raw fish is good for you. Just sometimes it is a matter of taste.
Uncooked Farmraised Salmon CAN make you ill if it had not been previously frozen.
I had tilapia at a restraunt that was under cooked. I sent it back after eating a bite... yuck. I love sushi, but didnt expect the tilapia raw on one end. Ewww. With dinner I had rice and a salad. Later that evening I got the trots and felt sort of dizzy. The next day every muscle in my body ached,I had a bad headach and my appitie was poor. I drank coconut water for the electrolytes because I had diarreah. I felt like I was having flu symptoms (yes I had a flu shot 3 weeks ago) The enxt day I felt like my old self. SO flu was out. It had ot be the fish.
It makes me wonder if the fish had some parsites or was not really fresh. What ever, I believe it was the fish that make me so ill.

I don't know the answer, but I wonder why you want to know this. It's hard to imagine this situation happening lol

The operative phrase here is "can you". Of course you "can" however, generally a potato with a washed skin can be eaten just like a washed apple. So yes, if the potato has bacteria and/or pesticides on it (and rarely in it's flesh) you can get ill.
you make your moshi monster ill by neglecting it and not visiting it for a few days. or you can make it ill by over feeding it! I hope this helped :)
