It's a fuse, and that won't solve the problem... you have a short somewhere. Trace the wiring and repair it.

You probably are having circut board problems, check for shorts in the wires under your main console on the left of your steering near to the floor their should be a pull out plastic tab where you can find the circut board. Try replacing the circts that route electricity to your lights, the circut could be burned out or just acting as a ground because it needs replaced
