I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but eat it. Make sure it has active bacterial culture in it! Cut up fruit to add to it, put it one some cereal, there are many things you can put in it. Also, some people believe it is good for the skin. People in that area use it as a face mask once in a while, to each their own.
