It would seem that certain first person shooters that require intense concentration especially with a competitive individual does definitely affect your blood pressure and it is definitely an increase.It will also greatly depends on age,weight,physical fitness and how easily aggrevated one is by a poor result.I have measured an temporarily elevated BP of 160/80 after 2 hours of world at war,black ops,battlefied 3 etc from a relaxed 125-132/80.I suggest people take a break every hour or so and definitely try to avoid extended periods of intense gaming(4-5 hrs) all at once.
