Yes, simply refreeze the water. Leave a bottle of water outside on a freezing night, it will be solid ice in the morning. The same would happen if the bottle of water was put into a freezer.
Water is water, whether solid (ice), liquid or gas.
A gas can't turn directly into a solid but a solid can turn into gas for example ice to water vapor.
you cool it
conditions that might turn liquid water in to solid might be cold degres below zero
Freezing the water will turn it into solid ice.
ice , wax , butter ps water (a liquid) can turn into ice(a solid)
Take water and place it in the freezer for a couple of hours. You have taken a liquid and turned it into a solid. Let the Ice set out on the table for a while and let it melt completely. You have now taken the solid and reverted it back to its liquid state.
a solid

a solid
Water as a vapour (gas?) has to condense back to water, which can then become a solid if frozen.
when water turns into ice the atoms stops shilvering, the water gets solid.
