No. Jesus is the only way to heaven. God sent him to die on the cross for our sins so we could get to heaven. When you ask Jesus into your heart, you will change. This change usually results in good works though. There are many good people in hell right now because they did not ask Jesus into their heart and ask forgiveness for their sins. To truly be forgiven you must be truly sorry. Read John 3:16 if you don't believe me, but remember the decision to follow Christ is the most important decision you will ever make.
ANOTHER OPINION:
If you actually believe in heaven then yes! because those that truly belong there will go...not because of what they believe(or have been taught to believe in (ie: Jesus Christ, The Bible etc.) but because of the kind of life they chose to live...so if you believe in a place called "heaven" then yes, as long as you are a decent loving and kind person how could the so called "God" of heaven refuse you
