I would not recommend rubbing lotion on your guinea pigs feet. If they are swollen I would take the guinea pig to the vet due to the possibility that it can be an infection on your guinea pigs feet.
I don't think its a good idea to put Vaseline on a guinea pig's skin as they could lick it off. I have 2 guinea pig's and I have always used Johnson's Tea Tree skin cream for guinea pig's, rabbits and hamsters. you apply twice daily I use cotton buds. You just have to massage it in. You can get it from Pets At Home or any good pet stores.
I wouldn't recomend it! but if you must do not over do it
It should not be unless the toes are bleeding or swollen.
That is normal with Guinea Pigs. It is their way of self defense. Like in the wild, some animals grab them by the feet, so they bite. You can stop it by not touching his feet otherwise it will annoy him a lot
guinea worm is transmitted through water but generally it just stays in one person the it lays eggs and leave through your feet.
If its swollen, you should get a vet...imediatly. Make sure the horse isn't limping or acting funny. Keep it on its feet and keep an eye on it. But DEFINATLY call a vet or farrier.
A cage should be big enough for the pet to stand up in. It should be long enough for the pet to turn around in. The normal size for a guinea pig is a cage that is 2 feet by 2 feet and a foot tall.
It should not be unless the toes are bleeding or swollen.

Swollen feet, legs, arms everything is normal for pregnancy.
Children with swollen feet should see a physician as soon as possible. Swollen feet in children can be caused by injury, infection, inflammation, or a more serious problem.
I think you mean lotion and no that shouldn't cause any problems unless it tastes delicious and he eats his own foot off. ( happened to my friends hamster...)
i like feet too
Not normally unless they have a disease on there feet in which a vet/doctor has to remove it. Guinea pigs can 'chip' there toe nails as a human does but it eventually grows back. hope this helped!
Stand/walk on your feet all day.
