The longer it has been since you previously got out, the lower the rank you will most likely get. Everything is circumstantial. The only truly solid answer you will find is when you are about to re-sign your enlistment papers and you read the contract. Up until that point, no matter what any rule book says or naval recruiter tells you, the answer is fluid.
