Don't be so dismissive and closed minded. It is not that uncommon for couples to include some level of adult breastfeeding while the wife is nursing her children. For most it would be no more than a small taste, for others it becomes an important part of their intimate life. But to actually answer the original question, breast milk is safe enough (and healthy enough) for babies that it is also safe for anyone else to partake of.
