A seizure is caused by excessive electrical activity in the brain. A transient ischaemic attack is due to a problem in the blood supply to the brain. They are two very different kinds of problems. A seizure would not cause a problem in the blood supply to the brain and so it would not cause a TIA.
Epinephrine will NOT help to stop seizures, epinephrine autoinjectors are strictly meant for anaphylaxis. If the person experiences a seizure while having an anaphylactic response (hypoxia due to bronchial constriction) it should be given. If given epinephrine for a seizure due to epilepsy, it will most likely make the seizure worse by stimulating the CNS even more. Valium autoinjectors may soon become popular for epileptic type seizures.
Pre-eclampsia. If the woman also gets a seizure it is eclampsia.

Dorsal gluteal. Though most hospitals are shying away from Demerol due to it lowering seizure threshold
During a seizure a person can lose consciousness. If they had a really bad seizure, they could be unconscious for a long time. If they had some damage to their brain, which may be causing their epilepsy in the first place or was caused during a seizure from the intensity of the seizure or the person falling and hitting their head, they could remain unconscious for a longer time and be in a coma. For the vast majority of people with epilepsy, there is only a temporary loss of conciousness when they have a seizure, if any at all, after which they quickly recover.
Staring at something won't give you a seizure. Flashing lights have been known to cause seizure activity in those who already have a seizure disorder.
