Yes. Usually it is added at the transmission. Most cars have a drain plug and a filler plug. The lower one is the drain. You might need some hose and a funnel to get it in there. Get some hose that will fit in the filler hole and run the hose up so you can pour into it. HTH.
There is no dip stick on a 3 speed "tree" trans. Trans fluid is added by removing the screw on top of trans casing underneath the vehichle.

Start the car and let it get to operating temp. Open the hood and look for the transmission dipstick...usually has a red cap. Pull out the dip stick and check the level...add trans fluid if needed.

as far as I know you can not add fluid because the trans. is a self enclosed trans.(if you have slippage, its time for repair.
