If u get the Sims3 ambitions for iPod touch iPhone and iPad u can have and adopt children. U cant have kids on the sims3 for ds dsi or 3ds. U can have kids on the Sims3 for computer and wii. Just have lots of woohoos with someone the opposite sex. Then it will just pop out. I hope my answers have helped u as ur playing the game.
