There's a free download called "Notepad" (available from the Shopping Channel). With this program you can easily create your own flipbook-style animations ... and while it's simple enough that anyone can do it, this also means that the tools are limited for advanced users.
I'm confidant that there will be additional, more advanced, animation software within the near feature ... it just won't be free like "Notepad" is.
