you could, but it's probably not a good idea. because of the bleach, it is quite likely that the dye won't wash/fade out. But if it's what you want to do and you're willing to take the risk then go for it :)
no you cant would have to be permanent high lift tint or bleach
I got highlights once and i have brown hair, i got blonde, and im pretty sure you have to bleach it but i am probably wrong.
yes it can, if you want blonde hair, you should get it done professionally by a stylist who will use bleach and a toner on your hair.
Just keep your hair brown. I have blonde hair but u also can use bleach
blonde, but it is more of a bleach blonde and if you look closley you can see hints of brown in it.
Bleach takes color out of your hair so if your hair is black or brown, it'll turn a strawberry blonde or light brown, depending on the amount of time the bleach is left on your head. If it's a blonde, It'll turn light blonde, or even platinum. Bleach is also very damaging for the hair. Too much bleaching could result to your hair falling off.
Puta
Her natural color is blonde. no miley cyrus hair is naturaly brown but she changed it to a bleach blonde - nadia feddersen
Yes. Bleaching your hair is stripping it whereas dying it brown is putting colour ontop of hair. In time the brown will fade and bit of blonde will shine through slightly.
if you were to dye it bleach blonde it would be dirty blonde
You can dye your hair blonde from brown (regardless of whether the brown color is natural or not), but to do this--especially if the brown is very dark--you might need to bleach the hair first. To get the best results, consider having your hair professionally colored.
You would bleach to get a lighter color, usually using a peroxide solution.
