It really depends on your view of the Lord and Lady. Many Wiccans view the lord and lady as representations of different male and female aspects of nature, while others may view them as real entities. Others still believe in many Gods and Goddesses. There is really no can or can't, only individual choice and belief. Answer 2:
I think, Lord and Lady are two ancient ideologies that are meant to be admired by people and take as an example, for growth in their lives.
The All is the universe and the Lord and Lady that are in it. The All is everything.
A Wiccan can believe that a man named Jesus was born ~2000 years ago, but they do not believe in the Christian God, and thus would not believe that Jesus was the son of a god.
