For as long as I know, I believe in mermaids, due to that strong belief, I swim like one in the ocean and spend most of my time in the ocean. All the programs I watch ( That have mermaids in them) , have that power, too change. As long as they do not touch water, they remain a human. So yes mermaids can be both.
