Some law enforcement agencies require a college degree in order to be hired, but the overwhelmingly majority do not. If you wish to further your career into higher rank and management it is definitely advisable to get as much college grounding as possible.
In most states, no. But in some states, they do require you to have some college credits. But you must graduate from high school to become a police officer.
Yes
Yes. Get a college education and reenlist as an officer.
i heard you have to be 18 to be a police officer in the state of arkansas, but you have to be 21 to be a state trooper.source: my cousin got pulled over and started talking to the cop about him wanting to be a future police officer.
I recently got caught with weed and they gave me a court date. As of my understanding it was just a misdemeanor. Ive always wanted to become a police officer and i know it will hurt my chances but iv'e read elsewhere that you can still get in. So, do i have a chance?
You would normally name the police officer (driver) and his employer, e.g. the city or police department where he works.
In most places in the U.S. it's 21 or older. Locally to me, you can be a police service tech, which is a person that works traffic accidents and writes tickets, but is not a commissioned officer, at 19, and then once you are 21, you can be become a commissioned officer.
An officer is someone in charge of others. A police officer is in charge of making sure people obey the law. Military officers are in charge of their units. Here are some sentences. He is an officer of the law.The Marine officer made certain all his men got home safely.I'm training to become an officer.A Police Officer was dealing with the assault on my daughter. My father was an Officer in the British Army.
If your asking this question then your probably someone who got picked on for being short and are now considering law enforcement so you can get back at those people. How about you get a real job that doesn't require joining the German army!!
You got the same powers as a police officer, If you looking on becoming a full time police officer being a special constable helps because you already part of the police force
Let me just start by saying that you should not be a Police Officer. Getting back to your question. As a police officer you have a "Moral Clause" in which your current agency can use to hire you. Since you are already a police officer you should know that if you did drugs (depending on what you did) at one point you were in possession of such drugs. In CA that's a felony. Technically speaking you commited a felony and got away with it. Do the rest of us, hospital police a favor and quit your job.
well she did he was a police officer called William Wilson they divorced in 2004
Huh? What did they charge you with when they got you to the police station?
pretty much everyone saw a police officer before i think you mean got in trouble and the police came.
