yes..you could be a professor with an IQ of 100..it doesnt really matter, its more based on the determination and character of the person, not so much on their intellect. True, someone with a higher IQ will probably have an easier time doing it, but a lower IQ (which by the way 128 is rather high) does not prevent one from becoming a professor.
At any age, the average IQ is normalized to 100. Therefore, 128 is an above-average IQ for an individual of any age.
128
albert einstein used the maximum brain and his IQ level was more than 128 .
My son who turned 6 on October 27th was tested by his school for entry into Bright Ideas which is a gifted program in our school system here. His IQ was rated 128. By state of Missouri standards he is in 4th grade level reading and 2nd grade math plus they also test other variables (such as creativity) to determine entry into the program and he was accepted. So 128 must be somewhere above the average IQ of a 6 year old.
You should be careful though if you took the test off a website or some other place online it is most likely not accurate. The only way to get a real IQ test that is reliable and valid (meaning, it measures your intelligence accurately) is to get professionally tested through a mental health professional or testing center using a carefully researched and designed measure. The most commonly used IQ tests are the Stanford-Binet and the Wechsler.
Certainly. That is an acceptable IQ.
An IQ of 128 is good for a person of any age.
IQ has nothing to do with age. An average IQ is around 100. So 128 is great!
