No, that is the one badge that you have to give up once you become a supervisor.
No, I'm afraid not. If you are a Premier Answerer, you cannot be a Supervisor at the same time.(See Related question.)
You can technically get all the badges, but you can't have them all at the same time. For example...You can't have the Premier Answerer and Supervisor/Community Assistant badges at the same time. You can't have the regular (first) Contributor badge and the Supervisor/Community Assistant badge at the same time.
The same way a regular contributor would become a supervisor. The most common way is to become an SPA (Special Project Assistant) and spend time doing tasks to prove if you are worthy of becoming a supervisor. To view more information, view the link below.
You can not nominate a supervisor for the position of a Premier Answerer because you can't be a PA and a supervisor at the same time. Supervisors are only able to nominate regular users for either the position of a PA or supervisor. PAs do not get any additional tools like a supervisor does and it is just a badge to show that you have made a lot of great answers to the site.
A Premier serves in office for approximately 4 years, same amount of years as a Prime Minister. Both Canadians Prime Minister, and Premier can serve as long as they want, only if they are reelected.
