You start ran saking the house and leave. You ditch the murder weapon and hide it. now if you somehow become a suspect, and they charge you, their evidence could be the witness who identifys u as the perpatrator, they find your fingerprints on the scene and the cartidges on the scene, ur screwed they don't need a murder weapon or a confession. Now if you wore a mask and gloves and picked up the cartidiges, disposed of ur entire outfit and the gun u could not be convicted cuz of lack of evidence. in fact you probably wouldn't even be a suspect but even if they see u as a prime suspect alls you got to do is give no confession and they would have to let u go so if ur in that position, remember to think "lack of evidence"
