If you mean employer, yes they can, but any employer that makes you take a drug test for employment isn't going to hire you if you fail it.

∙ 14y agoIf you fail a drug test they already know you have a problem with drugs. If you come up positive on a drug test and their policy is to fire you for coming up positive, you're gone.
