If you are holding a controlled substance without a prescription it is an arrestable offense depending on your state. If you have it on you its goimg to be hard to beat the arrest unless you get off on a technicality like an illegal search and seizure. Its not going to be a major crime as most states classify by either weight or quantity. If its just a script drug just plead out. Or, you could always just not carry drugs not prescribed for you? Eat them at home.
