If you are constantly violating the guidelines, you would not be a good Supervisor, since Supervisors need to lead an example of how people should contribute. Therefore your membership to the program could be terminated.
You can also be removed from the program if you are blocked for any reason, regularly "cheat" during missions or violate a serious guideline (cyberbullying, illegal acts, etc).
