Mew will come and battle you, and he will give you the Grass Cornet. If you are lucky like me, Mew will "have a special connection with you" and join you. I got him X3 if he doesn't join you just keep going back untill he does. its a good idea to carry a Golden Mask or Amber Tear to increase your chance of getting him.
