You could indeed be missing a disc - I have no idea what that has to do with World of Warcraft, however, so I am going to take this question out of that category!

If you are missing a disc, your doctor can easily find this out through an X-ray. You would probably not have any problem from this unless your spine is out of line also. If you think you might have a back problem, see your doctor for a good check-up!
