A false period whilst using contraceptive pills is a sign that you have been using the pill for too long and need a break from it. Your body is starting to attack the pill and develop an immunity to it.
You're supposed to come off of contraceptive pills every few months and every time you're scheduled to have a period. Prolonged use can lead to complications.
