well, i know how to. it's very simple, on the create-a-car mode (not sure about career mode, try it out) choose your corvette. if you don't have one, get one. max it out on performace. next go to the visual area. choose viynal (pardon my spelling). go to contest winners. scan through until you find the cop disign. choose it. next go to the base paints. choose either gloss, mettalic, or pearlescent black. whichever you prefer. then BOOM!!!!! you have sgt. cross's car. cool, huh?
But ive tried to find the police vinyl and its not there i spent a hold day trying make my police corvette
