How do you beat Captain Crawfish without battling him?
It isn't possible. The whole point of getting a big ship on Skullduggery Island is so that you can fight an even battle against Captain Crawfish. There are no magic shortcuts that work on Poptropica.
Can you defeat Captain Crawfish without a warship?
Nope. It's bad enough he can cheat and run to get repairs, but unless you're pounding him with the Warbird (Cannoneer aboard), he will simply cut-and-run before you beat him, and come back undamaged.

You can't, realistically. It would have to be a glitch. You have to have a Phoenix Warbird, and the Shipwright and Cannoneer as crewmen. He will attack you between the Pirate Outpost and the new island. Jam him up and don't let him slip away to repair. Shoot as many cannonballs as possible and don't stop firing until he's beaten and runs off.
What happens when you try to dock on Skullduggery Island without beating Captain Crawfish?
Nothing. You can see the pirate treasure flag there, but there is nothing to do. Once you have the largest warship, and have used it to beat Captain Crawfish, go back to the governor, who will give you the directions to the buried treasure.

Once you have all 5 map pieces, one from each island, the small island appears near the Pirate Outpost. This is where Captain Crawfish generally appears even before the island becomes visible, but you can sneak in and dock rather easily. You can get the following four skilled crewmen, bringing your total crew to six, with the regular crew members: the cabin boy and the cook. 1) the navigator (12,000 doubloons) is at Petey's Pub in Parrot Port 2) the cargo master (15,000 doubloons) is at Willard's Warehouse in Bouffant Bay 3) the cannoneer (20,000 doubloons) is at the Cannonry at the Pirate Outpost 4) the shipwright (20,000 doubloons) is at the shipbuilder in Dragon Cove You won't stand a chance against Captain Crawfish without these people and the Phoenix Warbird, which costs 1,000,000 doubloons. --- The navigator and cargo master are not required to fight Captain Crawfish, but the cargo master is a great timesaver in accumulating doubloons.

Well, First of all you will have to collect up money by trading at different islands. By trading you will eventually earn 999,000 doubloons but however there is also another way. you can either use cheat engine hack the game to get 999,000 or more doubloons or go to Golden Harbour and walk to the end and enter the place where you can lend money. No. It does not take as long as it first seems. Once you start getting bigger boats and improve your ship handling, it only takes a couple of hours to get the Phoenix Warbird, the Shipwright, and the Cannoneer. You will have to learn how to shoot while sailing to maximize the damage to the enemy ship. To get done faster, go to Dragon Cove and shoot the sea monsters around the port. You can get your salvage and doubloons and you are never far from the ship builder. You will only need to travel to get the five map pieces.
Do you have to beat Captain Crawfish on Skullduggery Island?
Yes. You can only beat him by getting the biggest ship, the Phoenix warbird, and most of the skilled crew (Navigator is not vital, but Shipwright and Cannoneer are). To earn doubloons without a lot of trading, shoot the sea monsters around Dragon Cove, who yield a lot of salvage when they die. Once you have enough doubloons, keep buying the next larger ships to increase your cargo space. Once you have 500,000 doublooons, borrow the rest from the Golden Harbor Bank and get the Phoenix. (You don't actually sink him because he sails away, but you have the victory.)
Where do you get the healing person on Skullduggery Island?
It is not actually "healing" but rather repairing damage to your ship. The Shipwright can be hired from the shipbuilders at Dragon Cove. With him aboard, you will repair while sailing rather than have to put in to a port. You cannot reasonably expect to beat Captain Crawfish without the skilled Shipwright and the Cannoneer.
How do you get past the fast doors in binary bard's dream on Super Villain Island?
You need a special device called the Stopwatch, which freezes time (temporarily). You will find it in Captain Crawfish's dream, in a chest. There is a red key in the cabinet over the door in the pirate ship. Jump and get it. Go to the chest on the lower deck without disturbing any of the sleeping pirates (all Captain Crawfish). There is also a green key in the cabinet there, which opens a chest at the upper right side (Turpentine). Even with the Stopwatch, you will still need a Crystal Key to get to the Binary Bard's totem. It is in the Black Widow's dream, once you clean the paintings there (Turpentine and a Paint Sprayer from Dr. Hare's dream).
