This all depends on whether you come from Syrian descent. Assuming that you are ethnically White, Black or Native, you cannot acquire citizenship unless you marry a Syrian man, not woman. If a child is born to a Syrian father regardless of the child's birth nationality, he is considered a Syrian citizen. The constitution of Syria states that any child born to a Syrian mother to an unknown father inside Syria is Syrian.
Anyone living inside Syria is Syrian, no matter of their background. Syria doesn't offer automatic citizenship, but you can redeem it if you want to
