An EXPUNGEMENT IS NOT A PARDON! Expungement only removes the record of your offense from being viewed by the PUBLIC. Law enforcement, the courts, and government agencies will always have access to your complete 'actual' record. For legal purposes, your status will still remain that of a 'convicted felon' and you remain subject to any restrictions that status places upon you (gun possession - voting rights - etc). You would have to check with licensing agency of your particular state.

That can only be answered by the Agency in your state that certifies nursing practitioners. Keep in mind, expungements only prevent the public from viewing your past record, Governmenatl agencies still have access to it.

Do all felonies make you eneligible to be a police officer?

No, not all types of felonies make you ineligible to become a police officer. Most juvenile offenses cannot be carried over to stand in the way of a person pursuing a career in law enforcement. You can also choose to have a crime expunged from your record and would then be eligible to pursue this type of career as well.

Felonies can never be expunged from you record they are on there forever.
