Yes, because after beating the game, you start as Adult Link in the Temple of Time after loading the file again. After the ending, what happens is that the game goes back to the point where you're getting ready to beat Ganondorf/Ganon. You don't get to explore the post-ending Hyrule, unfortunately.

∙ 15y agook its been awhile but im prety sure to turn into adult link you take the master sword to turn back you have to put it back where you got it. you can go back and get it any time

He said to get this secret to happen, you would have to race the Running Man as Adult Link, and while still racing the Running Man, go back in time to become Young Link. As Young Link, you must do something (nobody knows what) to get the cutscene. You will also get a clue that is not for LOZ:OoT, but for the cancelled game Ura Zelda for the N64 DD. Yes. After you beat the forest temple you can return to the temple of time to the master sword's chamber. Pick it up to switch between time periods.
