You can't play in Pokepark together sadly. Make some progress and do some attractions in Wish Park. Start the game, go on your file, then click Multiplayer Attractions. You can play Cake Contraption, Disco With Lopunny, Power Bash and Flight 'n Fancy with 2 players. It's a bit upsetting you can't play 2 player in Pokepark. I know that fact 'cause I got this game myself. Hope this helped! :o)
