It would not be possible to bend time even if you could manipulate gravity because gravity relies on the earths magnetic core, as gravity dose on any planet. If it were possible to manipulate gravity you could in theory change the mass of an object, but gravity has no effect on time. Time is something humans you to measure events and the duration between them. Time itself is not a thing, nor is it an event, in itself not measurable thus making time travel or the bending of time not possible.

Yes, as well.

Is it possible for plants to grow in space?

Essentially, no; a plant needs oxygen, soil, water and warmth to grow and gravity to hold the various components in place - if you would not be able to create such an environment with a man-made gravity device, the plant would die from lack of either of those.

Would people be able to survive if there were no gravity?

Probably not. Technically, if we were floating, we wouldn't be able to move around.

How do you get less gravity?

In contrast to popular belief, the earth is not a perfect sphere. On a perfect sphere with evenly distributed mass, gravity on each point on the surface would be the same, so, since we can't manipulate gravity (yet), to "get less gravity", you would have to relocate to the moon or another planet with less mass, like the Mars. Fortunately earth is formed like a very large potato and mass is not evenly distributed in it. So you can find spots on our planet where gravity is higher or lower. Generally spoken, gravity in the polar region is lowest, at the aequatorial region it is highest. You might, however, not be able to notice that, but need sophisticated instruments to measure the difference in gravity.
