It would be a terrible idea to bite a guard dog. They bite back, and their teeth are bigger than yours.
Normally no. They don't bite, but the ydo bark to warn.
Bite force is the amount of pressure that a bite causes. The more pressure, the more likely serious injury can result. For example, a well trained guard dog can bite with 550 pounds of pressure
Yes, geese do indeed bite. They make quite effective "guard dogs" or "guard fowl."

A Golden Retriever is a fantastic dog. Usually it takes them longer to mature but the reward is worth it at the end. Guard dogs aren't the best ones that anyone can get because the have the tendency to try to bite smaller kids that they can see their faces. I wouldn't recommend the guard dog.Baileigh
your dog might not bite you but when it is protecting you it will bite the enemy. my dog has never bit me but it has tryed to bite other people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(that person was terrified)
No, a dog bite is not poisonous.
They protect your house from intruders, and are especially useful in neighborhoods with high crime rates. A good guard dog wont have to bite anyone because they will scare people off by simply barking at them.
You want your Pit to react aggressively? This really isn't a good idea. The only truly safe way to have a guard dog is to teach him to control his bite. This means training him in schutzhund or something similar.
