Then what you want to do is go to a beauty supply store and purchase bleach (and no not ACTUAL bleach) just ask the person working and they will know just what to do. Mix the purple dye and bleach together and wait a maximum of 15 for the bleach and dye to set in then apply it wherever you want it. let the bleach set in your hair for 20-30 minutes depending on how dark you hair color is.(The longer you let bleach set in the brighter it will appear) But another way to get it done is to just go to a hair salon :)
