(if you pull the cap off wen the bleach is still in the hair, the surrounding hair could get bleached or you could pull the bleach off the hair)THE WHOLE TIME YOU ARE DOING THIS MAKE SURE TO WEAR GLOVES AND DO NOT GET ANY OF THE BLEACH IN YOU EYES.
