Yes you can, but I wouldn't recommend it. The hair may also dissolve.
Bleach strips the color out of anything that it touches..if you are using bleach from the hair store then it does not instantly turn your hair white..your hair goes through several steps of decoloration.
doing this will mess the hair up by making the hair dissolve infront of you which will leave you with no hair so i would not advise using bleach with water if you do want to keep your hair.
Don't do it! If you bleach your hair with Clorox, your hair will completely fall out. It's not the correct bleach to use. I suggest to get a box bleach (you can get at any drugstore). Unless you want no hair/straw hair then don't do it.
Using chemicals that are bad for your hair such as bleach and other dye products even gels hairsprays and waxes can damage your hair
No, you cannot.
You buy bleach developer and powder, liquid, or oil bleach. Put it on the tips of your hair and wash it with tonerafter 30 minutes or so.
Aside from bleach, you can also use hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to bleach hair.
bleach kills the the hair follicles so if your bleaching your hair or using bleach to dye your hair it will but some hair dyes don't
I hope you didn't actually use liquid bleach like you use for clothes. If you did...there is no way because you have effectively killed your hair cells in your scalp. Try washing your hair using some acidic materials immediately (like vinegar) to cancel out the basic bleach.

No, bleach is a liquid
Yes. Not recommended. You could loose all your hair. Take some hair and put it in a glass and add bleach. It will eventually dissolve the hair. There are many ways to bleach your hair without using household bleach. Go to Walmart... Do not get bleach in your eyes. You could end up seeing "nothing" for the rest of your life...

Yes dont use bleach other hair dyes that are semi perm are fine and dont damage hair as much as bleach and permanent colors.
The amount specified in the instructions for the product you are using.
I got highlights once and i have brown hair, i got blonde, and im pretty sure you have to bleach it but i am probably wrong.
