no you cant its a natural thing that you cant i suppose like a few dudes in the world can
Yes. Kenny G (saxophone player) does it especially well!
because we also have a nose to breathe through whilst eating in the mouth.
If I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure that your nose and your mouth are connected to a tube in your mouth. If you breathe through your mouth and your nose and the same time you snore. Try it once.
No, your breathing in and out is controlled by your diaphragm which does not move in two directions at the same time.
It is called circular breathing - It is where you breathe in through your nose at the same time as breathing out through your mouth (vibrating your lips) so as to play a continuous note on the didgeridoo. My friend lived in Australia for a year and leant to play it... He also learnt to circle breathe by breathing in and squirting water from his mouth!
Yes, its called "Circular Breathing" where you blow out through your mouth and breath in through your nose at the same time. Many Didgeridoo players use this. I myself have tried to learn but I find it an impossible task.
Because it is better to breathe through your nose than your mouth.
yes, but it is very hard
It is possible.
Breathing through your mouth means you take in more air at a time, if you're running it can be a good method for breathing. However, with breathing through one's mouth you don't get the filtration that's given by breathing through your nose, "nose hairs" cilia work as tiny filters to help keep gunk out of your lungs, the mucus housed in your nose also helps with this. I recommend breathing through your nose over your mouth, while your mouth takes in more air at a time, you're more likely to catch a cold or bacteria(or dust, spit, etc.) in your mouth than you are in your nose.
You could smoke it up your butt and you will still come up dirty. THC in cannabis smoke can permeate any of your body's mucus membranes. Last time I checked the air you breathe through your nose goes to the same place the air goes to that you breathe through your mouth. Put down the weed, you're obviously too young for it.
No, however it does play a role in swallowing. The nasal and oral cavity share a common point in your windpipe: the pharynx. This is why you can breathe through your mouth and your nose. When swallowing is initiated, the uvula moves upwards to block off the nasal passage to prevent food/liquid from entering it, which is why it's impossible to breathe at the same time.
