It's virtually impossible to breed a Pokemon, such as Rotom, with no gender (unless it's a hermaphrodite...)
The only way to get a Rotom egg is to use an Action Replay and the Pokesav program. There's no other way to get it in my experience. -BandageBrain
Of course you can breed a Rotom. I gave my friend a Ditto last week to him and he left both my Ditto and his Rotom at the daycare and the day after that (he was patient) he text me that he got an egg. No action replay, no cheats, no glitches, nothing! But that's all I've heard of that cause I don't know if the egg hatched or not.
