Yes you can
There are different breeds of wolves but unless it is bred with a different species such as a breed of dog, coyotes do not have any other form of the breed.
There are many different breeds out there and each breed was bred to do something different. There are many strong breeds.
The breed, Bernese Mountain Dog, was not bred to be small. Why do you want a small one? Obviously you don't want this particular breed then. Find yourself a small dog that you do like. If you want this breed then you have to like the entire breed as it was meant & bred to be. This is a working breed & not bred to be small or it could not function.
It depends, what breed and personality does it have? Is it bred to be a fighting or hunting dog?
Yes but its easier on the dog if he wasn`t bred
For a dog to be bred out of existence it needs to be bred with other breeds until the breed has been taken over by the others.
Did you mean: What dog was a Labrador bred down from? Labradors were bred down from Lesser St. John's Dog, an extinct breed of dog that originated in Canada.
The puppies are mutts. Not the dogs who breed together. Unless of course their birth parents are mutts, then they are. But if you bred a dog that was pure bred, with a different breed of pure bred, then the puppies would be considered mutts. Not pure bred.Another answer:The offspring of two different purebred dogs are crossbreeds, not mutts. "Mutt," like the word "mongrel," implies a dog of indeterminate breeding; in other words, it's lineage is so mixed you can't tell what it is.
Actually no. They can be pure bred like other dog breeds. However, I can see that a Irish Spaniel and be bred with a Portuguese Water Dog could be called a Irish water spaniel. But that cross-breed looks very different from the real Irish water spaniel!
The F1, F2, and F3 designation on a dog breed designates the breeding. A Pure Bred Poodle and a Pure Bred Maltese makes a F1 MaltiPoo. When a MaltiPoo and MaltiPoo are bred, it gets a F2 designation.
It depends on the breed. The schipperke is a Belgium dog bred to catch rats on sailing ships. There are other breeds of dog bred specifically for catching vermin or being alert dogs. It differs from breed to breed
IF you meant "What is the dog breed in the movie Bethoven" - It's a St Bernard.
