Yes you can as long as the container, the cream, or the powder has the manufactures label, it is 3 oz or less, and can be carried in a small plastic zip-lock bag. I went to Russia last summer and did this. Had no problems with TSA. Don't buy the clear plastic containers that the travel catalogs sell you .They don't work because they don't have the manufactures label on them and the TSA will take them from you. The catalogs won't tell you this and I only found out by going to travel blogs.

heyya .. no you cant im afraid you cant take any liquids in hand luggage or solid liquids . but you can take pressed powder with you that's what i did when i needed a touch up on my face ..xx

only if its not liquid. if you take makeup that is liquid, it has to be in a plastic baggy.
