Currently, no, you cannot browse questions in the order they were asked.
However, in the unanswered questions section of any category, the first questions you see on the screen are the most recently asked, and the last question on the last page is the least recently asked.
You can go to your contributions, filter them by clicking on the drop-down-menu and clicking "questions (asked", you can find them there.
When you ask a question you will be given a selection of similar previously asked questions. Clicking on any of them will reveal the answer. Alternatively browse the categories for previously answered questions.
In the top right corner of the site it says browse. Under there it says new questions. All of those questions were just asked and are unanswered.
Answers.com deals in Questions, Answers, and Categories. If you want to ask about a topic, just write your question. You can Browse Categories to find 'topics' and answer questions. Or, you can request a new category IF Answers already have questions asked about that topic.
You can find the most amusing questions in the 'Most Amusing questions ever asked on WikiAnswers' category. There is an entire category dedicated to amusing questions. Search for that category when you click the 'browse our ... categories' on the home page, and you should find that category.

There is a website by Google called Google Answers which has been retired and no longer accepts new questions. However, you can search or browse the existing Google Answers index and view the previously asked questions by the users.
People just want to be goofy, and dumb sometimes. ---- The questions which make sense are quickly answered, and disappear from the [Unanaswered Questions] list. If you browse the [Unanswered Questions] list you will find mostly questions which are more difficult to answer - including questions which are impossible to answer, either because they have no answer, or because they are not true questions.

When you type a question on Wikianswers, the question will go under a category to the left called "My contributions." When you click that option, there will be a drop-down menu that allows you to click on "Questions (asked)." Once you click that, you can see all of the questions that you have asked as a user member on Wikianswers.
