You can put the CD files on your computer and then burn it into a blank CD or buy a duplicator which makes copy's of Cd's.
Download an ISO of the Mac OS CD, and then burn that ISO with Nero to the CD. It will be an exact copy of that disc. If the ISO was copied from a bootable CD then the copy you burn will be bootable.
Insert a blank CD, create a Playlist, and then click "Burn CD" in the bottom right hand corner.
Create Data CD with any available CD burning software and insert the files. Burn.
To keep music on a CD, it is already there and you do nothing. To put music onto a CD, you "burn" it to the CD. To copy music from a CD to some other memory location, you "rip" it.

If you are referring to a CD, it is my understanding that the DMCA has no express clauses that allow you to copy a CD whatsoever, even for personal use.
