Quranic text is divided in chapters called surrah which contain verses . There are no paragraphs in Quran .

You need to memorise certain Quranic verses and know a few surah and know the correct way to pray, and this can only be learned under supervision. Several books are available from Islamic book shops or online for guidance
There is no quranic reform in Islam. The Quran is the word of God that did not and will not be changed till the day of judgment as promised by God "Allah" himself in the noble Quran.
